Purpose
The Highway & Hedges Women Department’s purpose is to be purposeful with our life experiences, to steward it well, to use it to disciple others.
We build relationships where we are seen, known, and heard. It doesn’t matter who we are, our life has been made up of meaningful experiences, mistakes we’ve made, lessons we’ve learned, and the things we are proud of. Our stories matter, and the life experience God has given us can help younger women realize they aren’t alone.
Vision Statement
Our vision is to see women transformed by the love of Christ, becoming strong, faith-driven leaders in their homes, communities, and the world. We envision a department where every woman feels valued, loved, and equipped to fulfill her God-given potential.
Mission Statement
Our mission is to empower, uplift, equip, develop your gift, and encourage women to live out their faith boldly and joyfully. We strive to:
• Provide opportunities for spiritual growth and discipleship.
• Foster a community of support, friendship, and accountability.
• Encourage women to use their gifts and talents in service to God and others.
• Promote outreach and involvement in local and global missions.
